The Macallan Harmony Collection V – JING Tea Collaboration

The Macallan Harmony Collection V is a limited edition single malt created in collaboration with JING Tea. It draws its inspiration from Phoenix Honey Orchid oolong. The whisky matured in American and European oak casks and has its natural colour only, a warm honey. The packaging is made partly from recycled tea leaves. The nose offers peach, apricot, honey, tropical fruit, toffee and sweet oak. On the palate are ripe peaches in syrup, warm citrus, toffee, light floral notes and gentle spice. The finish is fruity, sweet and complex, with a delicate tea astringency.
