The Macallan – Harmony Collection Vibrant Oak (75cl, 44.2%)

The Macallan Vibrant Oak is the fourth release in the Harmony Collection, a single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 44.2% in a 750ml bottle. It was created in collaboration with Cirque du Soleil, as a way of telling the story of oak in a visual and imaginative form. The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team matured it in a combination of first fill sherry seasoned American oak casks and refill sherry casks. The casks were chosen to bring out the flavours of vanilla, citrus and sweet oak that American oak gives naturally during maturation. The finish is medium and sweet, and lingers gently.
