The Macallan – Harmony Inspired by Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea (75cl)

This is a single malt from The Macallan, released in the Harmony Collection as a collaboration with JING Tea. It takes its inspiration from Phoenix Honey Orchid, a tea with dessert wine aromas and exotic fruit notes. It comes in a 75cl bottle. Most of the whisky matured in sherry-seasoned American oak. Sherry-seasoned European oak adds roasted richness and a touch of astringency, while a small share of casks that once held bourbon brings a final sweetness. It is described as fruity and floral, with the roasted depth and the sweetness kept in balance.
