The Maltman Blended Malt Scotch Whisky Aged 22 Years (46.5%)

This is a 22 year old blended malt Scotch whisky from The Maltman, an independent bottler. It is made from malts from Mull, Orkney and Islay, and every cask used is at least 22 years old. The casks were vatted and bottled at 46.5% ABV, non-chill-filtered and without added colouring, as a limited release. The nose brings sea spray and charcoal with pineapple and mango. On the palate there is honey, dried fruit including sultanas, milk chocolate and sugared almonds. The finish has subtle peat smoke, toasted oak and white pepper.
