The Nine Springs 2016 is a single cask whisky from Eichsfeld in Thuringia, Germany. It was distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2025 at nine years old, in a 50cl bottle at 48% ABV.
It was matured in an Acolon cask, and 400 bottles were filled.
The nose is spicy and fruity, with hazelnut, fresh leather, green pear, orange peel, marzipan, dark chocolate, roasted notes and a very light smoke. The palate is intense, fruity and spicy with a light sweetness, and the finish is dry and long.
