The Not Secret Speyside Distillery 2009 16 Year Old Little Brown Dog (54.2%)

This is a 16-year-old Speyside single malt bottled by Little Brown Dog at 54.2%. It was distilled on 25 June 2009 and bottled on 13 February 2026, one of 317 bottles. The whisky matured in a refill American oak sherry hogshead. The label shows a snow leopard, taken from a real photograph. The nose brings pomegranate, paprika and a fresh box of Crayola crayons. On the palate come ribs, artichoke and Sancerre, and the finish has liquorice and crackling popping candy.
