The Observatory 20 Year Old Single Grain is a Scotch single grain whisky aged for twenty years in oak casks.
The nose combines vanilla pod, honey, soft caramel, toasted oak, coconut shavings and orchard fruits. On the palate it is silky and sweet, with vanilla cream, toffee, light citrus, pear drops and warm oak spice. The finish is medium to long, with vanilla sweetness, gentle oak and caramel.
