The Pogues Single Malt is an Irish single malt whiskey, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It was made as a collaboration between the Irish folk-punk band The Pogues and West Cork Distillery, and it was matured in former bourbon casks.
The colour is light gold. The nose is floral, with lavender and meadow flowers alongside sesame, caramelised cashews and salted chocolate. On the palate there is dry oak and chai spice, with peanut butter, s'mores and floral malt. The finish is soft, with lingering caramel and a hint of cinnamon.
