West Cork Virgin Oak Cask is an Irish whiskey from the West Cork distillery, in a 70cl bottle. It is aged in virgin, untoasted American oak casks, meaning new wood that has not held anything before. The nose is lively, with vanilla, honey, coconut and oak. The palate is soft and balanced with a slight toastiness, bringing vanilla, buttery biscuit and caramel. The finish is creamy and lingering.
