West Cork Rum Cask Finish is an Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle. It is finished in casks that previously held Caribbean rum, giving a soft, aromatic whiskey with a tropical edge.
The nose is rich with banana, pineapple, cane sugar, caramel and vanilla. The palate is round and velvety, with tropical fruit, honey, cinnamon and vanilla.
The finish is long and sweet, with lingering spice and cane sugar.
