The Quiet Man Traditional (70cl, 40%)

The Quiet Man Traditional is an Irish whiskey bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It comes from Niche Drinks, an independent family-run distillery based in Derry, Northern Ireland, which has been producing since 1983. The distillery aims to make Derry a stronghold of Irish whiskey again, as it was 200 years ago. The Quiet Man name is a tribute from the producer to their father, who worked as a barman for more than 50 years. He heard many stories and, like every good barman, never repeated any of them.
