The Sherried One, The Jane Street Collection (48.5%)

The Sherried One is a single malt from The Jane Street Collection by Woodrow's of Edinburgh, a range of small-batch vattings of Scotch whisky matured in oak casks. This expression is bottled at 48.5% ABV. It is matured in sherry casks, made from Spanish oak, which add depth and sweetness while leaving the character of the whisky clear. The notes are of dried fruits, warm spice and dark chocolate.
