The Singleton Malt Master's Selection is a single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Malt Master Dr Craig Wilson chose whisky from three types of cask: refill, Pedro Ximenez Oloroso seasoned and first fill ex-bourbon.
The nose offers honey and vanilla with fresh pear, over a faint base of wood ash. On the palate there is juicy pear, sweet spice and the tingling warmth of white pepper.
