The Westfalian 2016 is a German single malt from cask number 123, a bourbon barrel that previously held Cragganmore. It is bottled at 50.5% ABV.
Distilling is overseen by the German master distiller Wilhelm Northoff at the Feinbrennerei Northoff, which makes its whisky on Scottish lines. The Westfalian is still a young whisky.
Alongside the whisky, the Feinbrennerei also breeds Scottish Galloway cattle.
