This is a 13 year old Bruichladdich single malt, a joint bottling from The Whisky Agency and The Mellow Wines. It was distilled in 2012, matured in a hogshead and bottled in 2025 at 50.7% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is full of tropical fruit, with pineapple, peach and mango, sweet honey, elegant floral notes and a hint of briny sea. The palate is sweet and juicy, with a touch of pepper, honey, minerality, cheese and cream, and a briny sea breeze.
The finish is medium to long, with lasting fruit, a hint of tobacco and the same briny breeze.
