The Whistler Bodega Cask is a five-year-old Irish single malt from the Boann Distillery, in a 70cl bottle. It is triple distilled and was matured for its full five years in sherry casks.
Its sherry character comes from sherry butts from the bodegas of the Jerez de la Frontera region. It was bottled at 46% ABV in natural colour and without chill filtration. It won a gold medal at the World Whiskies Awards 2021.
