This is a triple-distilled blended Irish whiskey from Boann Distillery in County Meath, combining malt and grain whiskeys. It is aged first in ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in Oloroso sherry casks. It is bottled at 43% ABV and is non-chill filtered.
The nose offers dried fig, raisin, toasted nuts and rich spice. On the palate there is oak, sherry sweetness and creamy vanilla, and the finish is warm and lingering, with dried fruit and a touch of leather.
