The Whistler PX I Love You is a triple-distilled single malt Irish whiskey from Boann Distillery in County Meath, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill filtered.
The whiskey is finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which add dried fruit, caramel and dark chocolate.
The nose has raisins, fig, toffee and roasted nuts. The palate is rich with sherry sweetness, caramel, spice and oak. The finish is long and warming, with a velvety texture and notes of cocoa and honeyed malt.
