The Wild Geese Fourth Centennial is a limited edition blended Irish whiskey at 43%, in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled twice in the oldest licensed distillery in the world and matured in bourbon casks. It is bottled by The Wild Geese, one of the last independent bottlers in Ireland, with colour added.
The nose is balanced, with malt, gentle sweetness, a hint of citrus and fine cardamom. The palate opens sweet, with balanced spice, malt, marzipan and a subtle note of chocolate. The finish is long, with clearly noticeable oak.
