A 12 year old single malt from Yamazaki, one of Suntory's own distilleries in Japan. It was matured in American, Japanese and Spanish oak casks, and won a gold medal at the International Spirits Challenge in 2003.
The body is pleasant and mild, with strong vanilla notes, some dried fruit and honey, giving a delicate, softly sweet flavour. The finish is of medium length and very easy drinking, ending dry with notes of oak.
