This is a Glen Moray single malt bottled by Thompson Bros. It was distilled in 2007 and matured for 15 years in a single first fill bourbon barrel, then bottled in 2023 at 50.7% without added colouring. The release yielded 213 bottles.
The nose is of simple syrup, sugar sweets, cream soda, raw dough, pine woods and crisp apples. On the palate there are boiled sweets, apple peel, sweet vanilla, black peppercorns, lightly bitter soda water and a hint of banana bread. The finish is sweet and fruity, with citrus and wood still present.
