A 16-year-old Highland single malt from Thompson Bros. of Dornoch, which spent its last six years in Moscatel casks. It was bottled in July 2026, non-chill-filtered and with natural copper colour.
The Moscatel finish adds the fruity sweetness of a dessert wine to the Highland spirit.
Ripe orange and liquid honey lead the nose. The palate has a full texture, with creamy caramel and hints of hazelnut alongside fruity Moscatel notes. The long finish brings oak and a touch of cinnamon.
