Togouchi Beer Cask Finish is a Japanese blend of malt and grain whisky from Sakurao Distillery. It was matured in ex-bourbon casks and new American oak, then finished for six months in IPA beer casks in the underground cellars at Togouchi. It is bottled at 40%.
The nose is fresh, with white fruit, citrus and cereal. The palate is full, with hops, spice and cornflakes. The finish is soft, with honey and warming spices.
