Togouchi Sake Cask Finish (40%)

Togouchi Sake Cask Finish is a Japanese whisky bottled at 40% ABV. It was matured in bourbon casks and then finished for three months in sake casks, which came directly from the Sakurao brewery. It is described as the only Japanese whisky finished in sake casks, a nod to a traditional Japanese drink that adds local character to the expression. The whisky draws on the experience built up over the years in distilling and blending.
