This is a single malt from Tomatin in the Highlands, distilled in 2008 and bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. It is an independent bottling by Thompson Bros. The distillery stands on ground where cattle drovers were buying whisky in the 15th century, and it was legalised in 1897. Today it is among the largest distilleries in Scotland, close to the A9 between Perth and Inverness. A large share of its whisky is made for blending.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
