A single cask Highland malt from Tomatin, distilled in December 2013 and bottled in 2022 at eight years old for the Cooper's Choice range of the Vintage Malt Whisky Company. It is bottled at 53% in a 70cl bottle, and 264 bottles were filled.
The spirit matured in an American oak cask before moving to a Port wood cask for its finish.
The nose brings toffee, vanilla, blackberry, black cherry, milk chocolate and hazelnut, with allspice, nutmeg and oak. On the palate come toffee, brown sugar, raisins, plum and orange peel, and the finish is medium in length with vanilla, toffee, dark fruit and white pepper.
