Tomatin 21 Years is a single malt at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle, made as a limited edition for travel retail. It matured entirely in first-fill ex-bourbon casks, and it is natural in colour and not chill-filtered.
The nose shows vanilla, coconut and caramel with a measure of oak spice, then baked apple, citrus and a soft floral note. On the palate apple crumble, fresh croissants and manuka honey form a sweet, warming base, with ginger, cloves and star anise on top. The finish is long, fruity and buttery.
