Tomatin Cu Bocan is a lightly peated single malt from the Tomatin distillery, founded in 1897. The distillery stands at 313 metres, just west of the village of the same name, and draws on the water of the Allt-na-Frithe. Light smoke runs through the nose alongside rich citrus and exotic spices. The palate is subtly smoky and surprisingly sweet.
