This is a 15-year-old Speyside single malt from Tomintoul, distilled in 2008. It was first matured in ex-bourbon American oak casks, then finished in selected Tawny Port barriques from Portugal. The Port casks bring rich, sweet fruit notes. Tasting descriptions mention gentle sweetness and vibrant fruit character. The release is 6,072 individually numbered bottles.
