Torres 10 Gran Reserva Imperial Brandy (75cl, 38%)

Torres 10 Gran Reserva Imperial is a Spanish brandy from the Torres family, whose winemaking heritage dates back to 1870. It is aged by the traditional solera system, in which brandies of different ages are blended through a series of oak barrels so that younger spirits develop alongside older reserves. It is bottled at 38% vol in a 75cl bottle. The nose is dried fruit, toasted oak, vanilla and warm spice. The palate offers smooth caramel, dark fruit, cinnamon and subtle nutty notes. The finish is long and warming, with lingering oak and sweet spice.
