This is a Spanish brandy from Torres, made from Parellada and Ugni Blanc grapes. Parellada is grown on the high slopes of the Upper Penedès, and the pairing was among the first in the Spanish brandy market to use French varieties.
The base wines are distilled twice in traditional copper pot stills, then aged for many years in selected oak casks. The result is warm spice aromas and an elegant palate.
The bottle is inspired by a decanter from the second generation of the Torres family.
