TullIbardine – 500 Sherry Finish (70cl, 43%)

TullIbardine – 500 Sherry Finish is a whisky from TullIbardine (Highland). Bottled at 43% ABV, 70cl. In 1949 William Delme Evans began work converting a brewery into what is now the Tullibardine distillery; and as the Gleneagles Brewery in Blackford had previously been brewing alcohol since 1488, it is one of the oldest sites in Scotland for distilling and brewing. After being silent from 1994 to 2003, Tullibardine is now owned by Picard Vins & Spiritueux, who bought it in 2011. Named for the 500 litres a Sherry butt - like the one in which this whisky was matured - holds. Please note wear to box.
