Turntable Spirits Bittersweet Symphony (70cl, 46%)

Bittersweet Symphony is a blended Scotch whisky from Turntable Spirits, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It takes its name from the song by The Verve. The blend combines 22% Craigellachie from a PX puncheon, 17% Blair Athol from a virgin oak barrel, 21% Balmenach from a PX puncheon and 19% North British from an oak barrel. The nose has baked apples, dried fruit and faint notes of cinnamon and dark chocolate. The palate brings crème brûlée, dark chocolate, nutmeg and ginger.
