Turntable Spirits Collaboration Drop 02 with Dingle (70cl, 52%)

This is a blended whisky from Turntable Spirits, released as Collaboration Drop 02 with Dingle and bottled at 52% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It brings Irish and Scottish whisky together in one blend. The blend is 41% Dingle Irish single pot still from Oloroso hogsheads, 16% Balmenach from first fill PX puncheons, 12% Blair Athol from a first fill rye barrel and 18% Loch Lomond grain from first fill bourbon. The nose offers sweet pipe tobacco, grapefruit, red berries and pickled plums. The palate is spicy, with ginger, dark chocolate, orange and English liquorice.
