Turntable Spirits Paradise Funk (70cl, 46%)

Paradise Funk is a blended Scotch whisky from Turntable Spirits, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It brings together Speyside and Highland malts with Highland and Lowland single grains, drawn from Knockdhu, Invergordon, Blair Athol, Benrinnes, North British and an unnamed Speyside distillery. The component whiskies were matured in different casks: virgin oak, ex-Cognac, bourbon and Chinquapin barrels. The nose offers honey, orange zest, dried apricots, vanilla, ripe bananas and nuts. On the palate come caramel, cinnamon, milk chocolate, candied orange and pineapple sours, and the finish is spicy and sweet with tropical fruit.
