J. Riddle Peated Bourbon is a bourbon from Two James Spirits that combines corn with the smokiness of single malt. It began as an experimental mix of grains.
The spirit was distilled on site from 79% Michigan corn and 21% Scottish barley, then aged in full-size 53-gallon new American oak barrels. These were the distillery's first barrels of this bourbon.
The mash bill is described as showing vanilla, buttered popcorn, sea salt, fresh cut grass and light smoke.
