Uais is an Irish triple blend of pot still, single malt and grain whiskeys, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
The blend was aged in ex-bourbon and virgin oak casks. It takes its name from Cairel Colla Uais, one of the Three Collas, the brothers said to have ruled ancient Ireland. He overthrew the sitting monarch and reigned as High King for four years, and the whiskey is meant to honour the past while moving in new directions.
