Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey (75cl, 46.5%)

Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch is a bourbon aged for a minimum of 7 years and bottled at 46.5% ABV (93 proof) in a 75cl bottle. Each batch is hand-selected by the founders and blended under fifth-generation master blender Victoria Eady Butler, whose signature appears on the back of every bottle. The nose offers warm brown sugar, pecan and oak, with cherry cordial and spice from nutmeg and coriander. On the palate sweetness comes first, with coconut, walnut and maple syrup, and a herbal touch of rosemary. The finish brings cinnamon and oak tannins, followed by campfire smoke.
