Undisclosed Speyside 27 Years Old 1998 Infrequent Flyers

A 27 year old single malt from an undisclosed Speyside distillery, distilled in 1998 and bottled by Alistair Walker for his Infrequent Flyers Collection. After its long maturation, the whisky spent a final 4 years and 11 months in a single Chinquapin oak barrel. It is bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or added colouring. It is described as richly developed, with honeycomb sweetness and the depth of demerara sugar, closing with a gentle peppery spice.
