This is a Speyside single malt from a distillery that is not named, located in Craigellachie, Moray and owned by the Edrington Group. It was distilled in 2009 and matured for 13 years in refill sherry butts.
It was bottled in 2022 at 46% in a 70cl bottle, as part of the Signatory Vintage Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
The nose has salted caramel, honey, dried fig, poached apple, malted barley and lemon peel. The palate is creamy vanilla with icing sugar, apple pie and dry sherry. The finish is medium, with dried sherry notes, soft oak spice and a hint of orchard fruits.
