A Vermentino di Sardegna DOC from Meloni. It is pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose offers citrus notes, white flowers and light herbaceous hints, with a savoury note recalling the sea. On the palate it is frank and sober, balancing acidity and body. Serve fresh at 8-10 C in a wide white wine glass. It pairs with raw fish, seafood salads, light pasta dishes, vegetables and fresh cheeses. Best enjoyed young; store in a cool place away from direct light.
