Very Old Barton 100 Proof is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 100 proof (50%).
The bourbon was formerly sold as Bottled in Bond and is now labelled 100 Proof, a change of name that still honours the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. Its strength of exactly 100 proof is described as giving a strong, lingering taste.
