Very Olde St. Nick Ancient Cask No. 12 Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 45%)

This is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the Ancient Cask Private Family Estate Edition of Very Olde St. Nick, drawn from cask number 12 and made for the Japanese market. It is handmade, amber in colour and finished with a golden wax capsule. It was bottled at 45% (90 proof) in a 750ml bottle, with no added dyes and no chill filtration. Very Olde St. Nick began in the early 2000s as a label bottled by Julian Van Winkle and Kentucky Bourbon Distillers for export to Japan.
