A Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva from Fattoria del Cerro, made from Sangiovese Prugnolo Gentile grown in selected high-altitude vineyards. The grapes are fermented with controlled-temperature maceration, daily pump-overs and delestage, followed by post-fermentation maceration and ageing in oak for at least 18 months, then six months in bottle. The palate is full and persistent, with evident tannins and acidity that completes the strong structure.
