W.D. O'Connell Amontillado is an Irish single malt, matured for a minimum of five years and bottled at 50% ABV. It is the final release in the limited edition 5 Year Sherry Series.
The whiskey was first matured in ex-bourbon casks and then finished in Amontillado sherry casks. The series set out to show different styles of sherry wine alongside Irish single malt, using Bodega casks.
