C.Y.P.B. stands for Craft Your Perfect Bourbon, named after a consumer survey in which whiskey enthusiasts designed their ideal bourbon. The winning choices were a wheated recipe, eight years' maturation on the highest warehouse floors and bottling at 95 proof. Wheat replaces rye as the secondary grain, and this limited edition sits within the W.L. Weller range. The nose is light, with fresh citrus and oak. The palate is well rounded and smooth. The finish runs medium to long, with vanilla and gentle oak.
