Waterloo Gin No. 9 (47%)

A New American style gin from Treaty Oak Distilling Co. in Dripping Springs, Texas, bottled at 47% ABV. It is vapor-infused with nine botanicals: juniper, lavender, grapefruit, pecan, orris root, coriander, anise, ginger and licorice root. After distillation it is proofed down with limestone-filtered Texas spring water. The nose has lavender, grapefruit zest, juniper and spice. The palate is medium-bodied, with bright citrus, gentle juniper, ginger and coriander spice and a subtle nutty quality. The finish is clean and slightly warming, with citrus and herbal notes.
