This is a single cask Speyside single malt from Watt Whisky, distilled in 2010 and bottled in spring 2025 at 14 years old. Only 330 bottles were filled.
It started in refill hogsheads, spent two and a half years in sherry octaves, then went back into a bourbon hogshead.
Intense sherry aromas, plums and warming spices lead the notes, along with an unusual, delicate touch of ash and smoke.
