Wayne Gretzky Red Cask Canadian Whisky (114cl)

Wayne Gretzky Red Cask is a Canadian whisky in a 1.14 litre bottle. Locally sourced grains are distilled individually, matured and blended, then finished in red wine casks from the Wayne Gretzky winery. It was matured in Ontario, where large temperature swings through the year move the whisky in and out of the oak. The blend was shaped to the taste profile chosen by Wayne Gretzky himself. The colour is bright straw gold with a ruby hue. The nose has toasty new oak, almond, caramel, vanilla, nutmeg and stone fruit. The palate is smooth, round and robust, with toasted nuts and allspice. The finish is long and delicately sweet.
