Weller CYPB Craft Your Perfect Bourbon (75cl, 47.5%)

Weller CYPB, short for Craft Your Perfect Bourbon, is a wheated Kentucky straight bourbon aged for 8 years on the top floors of the Buffalo Trace warehouses. It is bottled at 95 proof (47.5% ABV) in a 750ml bottle. Its specification came from drinkers. After Buffalo Trace launched an online project in November 2015, 100,239 people chose the recipe, age, warehouse floor and proof range, and the wheated Weller recipe was the result. One batch has been released each year since summer 2018. The aroma is light, with citrus and oak. The palate is well rounded and balanced, and the finish is medium to long, with hints of vanilla.
